By carefully choosing a condo you will be able to prioritize what you need in your vacation home from home - do you want huge bedrooms, a large communal family area, a private pool or garage or a place for barbecues?  You’ll also be able to make use of the full kitchen facilities and the washing and drying areas that will give you so much more freedom.  Let’s face it. If you want to have a leisurely breakfast and then launder the beach clothes you wore yesterday before you head off out in the afternoon, a condo is perfect!

You’ll likely have more than one tv so that the kids can watch cable or dvds or plug in their games console out of the way while you get things organized.  And if someone reading this is thinking, ‘It doesn’t sound much like a vacation to me.  I’ll still be washing and cooking and looking after kids,’ then don’t worry, many laundry and housekeeping tasks can be done for you and, believe me, you’ll have far less to worry about with the kids in a condo than if they’re cooped up in a hotel room with you!
